I had a gathering with colleagues from work last July.... and had no clue how to feed the group yet make it fun in my limited space in the back yard/parking lot.... Jim was amazing. He made everything so easy for me , came in earlier , did the set up with his cool pizza oven that is on a trailer behind his wheel. ... weather was iffy with a good chance for rain which was stressing me out, as I don't have a bough space for a group of 20 inside ....Jim had everything we needed including a canopy for rain. The pizza was amazing, best wood oven crust .... he even threw in some steaks and veggies for us and everyone had a blast. Above and beyond jim style was so easy going and friendly that everyone in my party felt they were at ease and he himself was one of our guests frankly. It wasn't like a stranger was making pizza in my backyard. Food, service and his easy going and super friendly style was A+ and made my party a huge success. And most my colleagues are asking when are we going to do this again !

Jim's pizza oven parties have always been a hit in our backyard! It's such a unique way to throw a party and entertain guests of all age groups. My kids still remember his amazing pizza's and all the customizations with toppings! So fun! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic graduation party, in large part thanks to Fired Up's amazing pizza. Pizzas came out fast and and delicious. The steak and veges were awesome too. Highly recommended!
